Cancellation by the Customer

Once an order has been successfully placed on the Spice Cora USA website, it cannot be cancelled as orders are processed promptly to ensure timely delivery.

If a customer requests cancellation after the order has been placed and processing has begun, Spice Cora USA reserves the right to apply a cancellation charge of up to 100% of the order value, depending on the stage of processing and shipment.


Cancellation by Spice Cora USA

While we make every effort to fulfil all successfully placed orders, there may be certain circumstances in which Spice Cora USA may need to cancel an order.

These situations may include, but are not limited to:

  • Limitations on product quantities available for purchase

  • Incomplete, inaccurate, or unverifiable delivery address details

  • Product being unavailable or temporarily out of stock

  • Errors or inaccuracies in product descriptions, pricing, or other information

  • Issues identified by our payment verification or fraud prevention systems

In the event that an order must be cancelled by Spice Cora USA, we will notify you within two (2) business days of the decision.

Customers may then be offered one of the following options, where applicable:

  • A full refund to the original payment method

  • A replacement or exchange product, if available

  • Cancellation of the order with a refund
