Eligibility
Returns will only be accepted if the product is damaged or defective (as defined below).
Damaged refers to any packaged product that has suffered physical or chemical damage, contamination, leakage, or other conditions that render the product unsafe or unfit for consumption or intended use.
A defective product is one that causes injury or potential harm due to a design defect (including packaging), manufacturing defect, or marketing defect.
Certain food products require specific storage conditions and handling as indicated on the product packaging. Customers are responsible for following these storage and usage instructions to ensure product quality and safety. Products that have been stored or used contrary to these instructions will not be eligible for return or refund.
Dents / Scratches
We take every precaution to ensure products are delivered in the best possible condition. However, minor dents or scratches to outer packaging or shipping cartons may occur during transit.
Minor dents, scratches, or creases do not affect product quality or safety, and the product remains safe for consumption.
Customers should inspect products upon delivery. If you notice major dents, leakage, broken seals, openings, or pinholes, please do not use the product and contact our customer support team immediately.
Shelf Life
The website and product packaging clearly display the Best Before / Expiration Date (“Shelf Life”), which indicates the period during which the product is safe for consumption when stored properly.
Spice Cora USA does not sell products that are unsafe or unfit for consumption.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the Shelf Life displayed on the website and placed the order according to your intended usage.
Returns will generally not be accepted for products that are well within their Shelf Life.
In rare cases, the expiration date displayed on the website may differ from the date printed on the product packaging due to system updates or logistics variations. If the product received is still within its Shelf Life, it will not be eligible for return on the basis of shelf life alone unless less than 20% of the product’s shelf life remains at the time of delivery. Such cases will be evaluated individually for eligibility.
Other Items – Return Eligibility
For non-perishable items, you may request a return within 7 calendar days of delivery.
To qualify for a refund or replacement:
The item must be unused and unopened
The item must be in the same condition as received
The item must be returned in its original packaging
If more than 7 days have passed since delivery, we may not be able to offer a refund or replacement.
Perishable Products
Spice Cora USA takes strict measures to ensure that perishable items are delivered in optimal condition. However, in the unlikely event that a perishable product is damaged, spoiled, or incorrectly delivered, you may request a return within 2 days of delivery.
Important Information
To qualify for a return:
The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
You must contact customer support before returning the product
If applicable, a return shipping label will be provided
If a product arrives damaged, spoiled, or contaminated, please contact us immediately. A replacement or refund may be issued after verification. We reserve the right to request the product for analysis or inspection if necessary.
At least 75% of the original product weight or volume must be returned for eligibility.
All returns and refunds are subject to inspection and approval. If the return request is not approved, a refund will not be issued.
Products purchased from the Spice Cora USA website cannot be returned at physical retail stores, if applicable.
Refund Timeline
Once a refund has been approved and initiated by Spice Cora USA, the amount is expected to be reflected as follows:
Bank Transfers: 1–3 business days after initiation
Card Payments: 7–10 business days depending on the issuing bank
Digital Wallets: As per the wallet provider’s processing timeline
Refund processing begins after the returned product is received and successfully passes our quality inspection.
Self-Shipping of Returns
Customers may return products using a reliable courier service if instructed by customer support.
Return shipping costs may be reimbursed upon approval. Customers must provide a clear copy or photo of the courier receipt.
The courier receipt must:
Show the weight of the return package
Include sender and destination address
Show the shipment date and amount paid
Be unaltered and authentic
Shipping reimbursement will only be processed after successful inspection and approval of the returned product.
Decline of Return Request
A return request may be declined if:
The product has been used or opened
The product packaging is damaged or missing labels
The request does not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in this policy
In such cases, no refund will be issued, and Spice Cora USA will not be responsible for returning the product.
